I've had the last couple of days off from work so now I go back this morning. About to have breakfast Have a nice day. 

Good Long Run

Went out and ran 2:30:31 this morning. I'm happy with my marathon training.

Mary Carroll

Mary Carroll Stonesifer Walker died 10 years ago today. She was an amazing person. When we were in the 8th Grade, I remember she saw Led Zeppelin at Madison Square Garden. That was just too cool. That was Mary Carroll. 

Work

I work tonight and then off tomorrow and the day after tomorrow. The weather report looks good. Plenty for me to do. 

Great Weather

It is beautiful outside. This morning I'll be going for a run and then working this afternoon. That's the plan.

Long Training Run

Went out and ran for 2 hours and 15 minutes this morning. I plan on more long distant training runs over the next few months. All in preparation for the Philadelphia Marathon which is 3 months away. 

Back From NYC

Great weather in the Big Apple today. I'll be doing a long distance training run tomorrow. Goodnight.

City Day

Grace & I are going to New York City today. Think we'll head down Greenwich Village way.

Laundry

I'm doing laundry this morning. I needed clean clothes.

Productive

It was a productive day today. Did some artwork and went for a training run. Good way to end the week. 

Dinner Date

Grace & I are going out to dinner after My work is done. Looking forward to it. 

One Day Off

I'll be working tomorrow morning. Wasn't planning in it but my coworker is sick. So much for the long distance training run I wanted to do.

I'm off from work today & tomorrow. Just woke up and I'll be having breakfast. Afterwards a training run. The start to my day.

Tuesday Hump Day

I work this afternoon. It's the middle of the week for me. Just call it my Hump Day. 

New Surge

I feel a surge of creative energy. It's time to write some new songs and do a series of drawings. Time to be prolific.

Not feeling too good today. My stomach isn't the best. I need to go easy.

Busy Busy

Ran 10 miles this morning. Did laundry too. After lunch I'll get ready for work. Busy busy. 

Monopoly Games

I've been into playing Monopoly games. Last year I bought a game called Monopoly Hotels and I treat it like a business training exercise. Yesterday I bought the traditional Monopoly game complete with the Top Hat & Thimble. More business training exercises the better.
