Slow Run

Ran very slowly this morning. Didn't have any speed. That's OK it felt steady out there. 

My First Day

My first day at the new building. It's a short turnaround since I worked late last night. Jumping right into it.

My Last Day

Today is my last day at the building I've been working in the past 15 months. When I started the building was empty and today it's now full. Tomorrow I go to a new location as Director. A big step up for me professionally. 

Back At Work

My vacation is over so I'm back to the routine of the day job. I'm here to please. 

Last Vacation Day

My last day of vacation. It's been quite enjoyable. Grace & I visited my parents and now we're off to New York City. A great way to spend the day.

Work At Home

There were things I needed to get done around the house today. It's been very productive. 

Back Home

Back home from spending time at the beach. It was good to get away and the weather was great. 

More Beach

Grace & I spent the day on the beach and the weather was great. It's supposed to be that way tomorrow too.

Summer

I spent my first day of Summer on the beach. Good answer to that question.

On The Beach

I'm on the beach. Vacation!

At Asbury Park

Grace & I drove down to Asbury Park. It's the first time both of us have been here. We checked out the boardwalk and will hit the beach tomorrow. We're on vacation.

Vacation

I'm on vacation now and tomorrow Grace & I head to the beach.

One More Day

One more day before I start my vacation. I'll give it all I have at work tonight. 

My Birthday

Today is my birthday. Grace & I went for dinner after work. Received well wishes from family & friends. I'm a lucky person.

I work today and then my weekend starts. One more day.

Ran It

Went out and ran 11 miles this morning. My time was very good. I feel good again. 

Primary Tuesday

It's Primary Day in New Jersey and I'm voting after work. 

Monday Start

Went out and ran this afternoon and I did it after work. That can be very difficult for me because I'm pretty tired after a day at the desk. It's been quite a climb since my foot pain had the best of me. I feel good now and ready to train. This was a nice way to start the week.

Asbury Park

Grace & I are going to Asbury Park in a couple of weeks. I can't wait!

Back To Work

My weekend is over so now it's back to work.

In New York

I'll go for a run this morning and then mow the lawn this afternoon. I should be in New Jersey by tonight. Right now I'm in New York.

Grace & I are going to New York and we're in the Lincoln Tunnel as I type this.
