This morning I'm in West New York. I've started the moving process. One more big move to go. 

Moving Down

Today I drive from Albany to West New York. I'll stay there for a couple of days. Time to start moving.

I'm in Garrison tonight. I'll stay around for the snow and anything else. 

A Run

Grace is making me breakfast. I want to go for a run this morning. It will be even colder tomorrow so I'll take the day of. Hop on the Siberian Express.

Moving Again

I'll be heading downstate this week. I plan to be staying in that area for good by the beginning of next month. Winter moves are tough. 

Feeling Better

I do feel better than I did earlier in the day. Getting sick like this makes me feel weak.  Time to keep the resting thing going.

Feeling Bad

I feel lousy. My head aches and I'm sick to my stomach. It might be the flu.

Numb

Woke up in the middle of the night with my left arm asleep. I slept on it and felt sore. Couldn't fall back to sleep after that. I finally did and now I'm up. Good Morning!

Back In Albany

Drove upstate to Albany tonight. Now it's time for bed. Goodnight.
