Have To Go

6 weeks from today I will be living somewhere else. I will have a new home and a new job. This is pretty routine for me. My live is a series of changes. Nothing is ever permanent. It's time to go again.

Frozen Monday

Feels like I'm finally getting over this latest bout of the flu. It's been a week now. It was my plan to go out and start running today, but the weather is near zero degrees with the wind chill. I think it would be best to stick with weights & stretching today.

Day Off

After getting back from my trip to Amsterdam on Tuesday, I've been working every single day. Today is the first day off since my return and I need to rest. That's what I'm doing right now. I hope to start in on my running routine on Monday. I need to kick this cold I have. Time to play my bass and draw some pictures.

Sick Again

This is the 3rd time this season I have a head cold. I felt it a few days ago. It has been absolutely brutal with the flu season.. My body is aching and I have to work tonight. I'm off tomorrow so I'll rest up then

Back Again

This is the first post on my blog on almost 2 weeks. I wasn't near a computer the entire time I was away in Amsterdam. That would come back to haunt me. So much happened during the week. I'm still getting back to my usual routine like putting things down here. Back again to the blog.

Getting Ready

Putting together everything I need for my trip to Amsterdam. I will be staying at a hotel near JFK Airport tomorrow and then flying out on Monday. I'll be in Amsterdam Tuesday. This might be my last post on the blog for several days. I'm not going to bring any computer items with me. If I'm near a business center where I can read Emails and put thought or two down then I will. Tot Ziens!

A New Month

February is here and I'm ready for it. I plan on running 7 miles this morning and then I'll work tonight at the hotel. In the meantime, I'm packing for my trip to Amsterdam. I'll have to go out and shop for things tomorrow. I have Saturday off from work. It's clear & cold outside for the first day of February.
