Crown

I'm up early this morning. The sun isn't even up yet. I'm going to the dentist later on and having a crown done to my teeth. That should be fun.

The rain fell hard last night and it seems the heat wave is going to let up. I'm off from work today and so I'll do artwork. Monday morning madness.

42 Miles

I ran 42 miles this week. I ended up running 6 times at 7 miles per run. As the weeks go on, my plan is to increase one of my running sessions for a longer distance. All part of marathon training.

June

June is my favorite month. It marks the start of Summer and it feels like it out there. Having worked last night, I'm pretty tired this morning. My hope was to get out there and run today. I might just give it a rest. At least for the time being.
