A very long day.

My Day Off

The last thing I need to hear is my place of work calling me on my day off and asking me to come in. I'm not even in the same state today.

Sunday Play

The plan is to run 4 miles and work 8 hours. Time to play. 

8 More Miles

Went out and ran 8 miles today. If I get out there and run tomorrow, then that will put me over 40 miles for the week. That's where I want to be for marathon training.

First day of the month. We are in the middle of Summer. I work right up until Monday. This will be a busy weekend.
