Jersey City
Went to Jersey City, New Jersey today. Took the Light Rail which is like a Subway or Tram. Had a late lunch and then took a walk around downtown. Just like Summer.

7 Miles
Ran 7 miles this morning. A good way to start off the work week. Didn't go very fast but did finish strong. Keep the workout going.

May Day 2015
Heading into New York City today. No work so the plan is to have a beer at McSorley's and dinner at Pellegrino's. these are some old European Immigrant spots.
