What do I know? Plan things one way and then something else takes place.

Song A Month

My plan this year was to write a song every month. I want to have a dozen by the end of the year.  So far I'm on pace to do that. It's take me about a month on average to compose a song. This plan started when I realized that no new songs had been written since my rock opera "The Front Desk" and that was 5 years ago. A long drought for me. It was something I wanted to do so my plan was to take it 1 song at a time. Happy to say the plan is working out. Here is the list of song thus far in order of completion. I call this album "Three Word Songs"

I have the day off from work today. I'll be back at it tomorrow. 

Rough Day

It just wasn't easy today and things had a way of not working out. Here's hoping tomorrow will be different. 

Double Shift

I worked a double shift on my first day as concierge director. Time to get some sleep.
