Rickenbacker Repair

Took my bass to Sam Ash in New York City this morning. It needed an adjustment and the tech was able to fix it in a couple of minutes. They treat me so well there.

For The Night

I'm in for the night tonight. I work tomorrow and then my weekend starts.

Late Afternoon Running

For the last three days I've gone out and run in the late afternoon. My training run has schedule has changed since working early morning hours. It was difficult for me to run after work but I've adjusted. My mindset has changed and I'm very motivated for marathon training. Keep it up!

Back To Routine

After a month of instability, it feels like a routine is returning to my life.
