Witch Power

There once was a man who fell in love with a woman. He didn't care if she had the powers of a witch. She put a spell on him to always love her. She didn't love him back. He felt hopeless in breaking the spell. Then one night he found another witch who was able to lift the curse. He felt cured only to find that the new witch put a different spell on him. The power of beautiful witches.

Getting In Tune

Ran 7 miles this morning. Now it's all about the New York City Marathon on Sunday. That's where my focus is. I'll be heading into Manhattan tomorrow. There are loose ends I need to tie up today. I feel ready for this race mentally & physically. 

My Eyes South

I'll be going to New York City this Friday for the marathon. The race is on Sunday. I'm in taper down mode. My plan is to run the next two days for a tune up. Then it's show time. 

Albany Part II

Heading up to Albany, New York this morning for hotel work related things. It looks like a nice day out there so hopefully the drive will be fine. Put on my suit & tie.

Moves

Getting near the end of the month and life changing issues are at hand. Things like where to live and work. The basic things to survival. I have been feeling mortality crashing in on me. No more is it just a wait them out mentality. The time isn't there. Action needs to be taken and going for it. Keep moving forward.

Marathon Week

This Sunday I'll be running in the New York City Marathon. From here on in, my training will be just to tune up for the race. I feel good and I'm looking forward to it. This will be the 5th time I've run it. I'll start checking to see the 5 day forecast. Getting ready to run the big race.

Lou Reed

Lou Reed died today. His band The Velvet Underground was, as far as I'm concerned, the first punk rock band. They were dark in an era of hippie bright lights. His solo music has been such an influence on so many. He was one of a kind.
