The Gig

Tonight I will be playing live music at the Allen Street Pub in Albany, New York. Part of the duo of Bisanz & Irish. We open up for Two Cats In Suits. My guitar player Nick will be playing in that band too. The big wildcard for me will be the crowd. Will there be one to play in front of? There seems to be a good buzz about the gig so it is my hope people will be there and liking it. That's what it's all about. 

Winter's Grasp

This bitter Winter is unrelenting. It's going to be single digits through the weekend and no end in sight. Spring can't arrive quick enough for me. 

Close To Done

This day is almost over for me. Once I finish typing here, I'm sure it won't be long before I'm asleep. Goodnight. 

Last Dress Practice

This will be the last practice Nick & I have where we run the entire set for our songs for the gig on Friday. We'll play it straight through and get it down one more time. Practice in a few moments. 

Run Motivation

Ran 7 miles this morning. It is very cold outside, but that didn't get in the way. I feel like I'm on an up with my mood. There is motivation to get things done and being in running shape is one of them. 

Keep On Practicing

Nick & I will be practicing for the gig later on. I thought last night's practice was the bet so far. The hard work is paying off. Now we just have to convince the audience it's worth their while.

Tuesday Rules

Not sure if I'll go out there and run today. It seems best if I concentrate on weights & stretching. Still building up my strength after so much inactivity this Winter. Keep moving onward.
