Family Visit

I'm down visiting my family. It feels like I haven't been down here for some time. Even if it was just a month ago. The rain is falling down. Time to stay in. 

Rain On Down

According to the forecast, it's going to rain for the next few days. Good thing I don't have any outside activities going on. 

Down The Line

After I'm done with work tonight, my plan is to head downstate and visit family. It feels like a long time since I've been there. 

Monday Morning Run

This was a run that I hope gets me going for the rest of the training year. Not running the 10k race over the weekend was disappointing not to take part in. But in the end it might have been the best thing in terms of motivation. Let's see how the week goes on. 

No Sun Sunday

It's overcast and cold outside. Pretty gloomy weather this weekend. I go to work later this afternoon. A good day to be inside.

What do I do on a night off from work? 
I blog and then go to bed.

No Race

Because it is so cold and damp outside, I just didn't want to run the 10k race today. I would have to be on board with it. I feel like I'm in good shape, but I just didn't want to do it this morning. I'll keep my focus on future races. The training goes on.
