Head Back Down

I'll be heading back downstate tomorrow in order to beat the snow that's supposed to fall on Sunday. Here we go again. 

Hot & Cold

I'm so glad I went to Sint Maarten this month. I had a great time. It's so cold in New York today. If I never lived in freezing temperatures and saw snow again, then it wouldn't bother me. I need the heat.

Very Cold

It's very cold outside tonight. January is almost over.

Treacherous

Treacherous conditions out there for my 8-Mile run. Light snow falling and the streets were very slippery. I took my time.

Four Slow Miles

With the slippery streets in Albany today, it was slow going with running around the city streets. Good to even get a slow run in though.
