Air Conditioning

I had to put on the air conditioner. It's too hot & humid in the apartment.

Slow Bones Go

Went out and ran 90 minutes this morning. It wasn't easy since I felt tired from work last night. Glad to get the run in. No work today so I'll play. 

Off Tomorrow

I'm off from work tomorrow. I'll work tonight and then see what Thursday brings. 

Fast Run

Went out and ran pretty fast this morning. This after not running the last couple of days. I needed to take a bit of a break from the training routine. Now I'm ready to go. 

Monday Last July

This is the last Monday in July. We are deep into the Summer. I love it!

No sense in stressing out about things.
