Most Memorial Days I've experienced have been rainy ones. It's Like Heaven sheds tears.

It's very warm outside and I like it!

Back To Running

Last week I went to the podiatrist about my heel pain on my left foot. The doctor said it was my tendon called the plantor fasciitis needed to to be stretched and so I went about doing that. A week later I'm feeling much better. I've run the last few days in a row including an 11-Mile run this morning. It feels good to out there again.

Migraine

Woke up in the middle of the night with a migraine headache. Took some aspirin and ate some cereal. I go to work in a few hours.
