Today is the last day of August. It's been one hot Summer. I like it!

Had to fix a lock on one of my doors. Ended up buying a whole new doorknob set. Call me the handyman.

20 Miles

Ran 20 miles this morning. My marathon training is strong. I want to run a personal record this year. 

Long Practice Run

Tomorrow my plan is to do a long practice run. Roughly 20 miles and about 3 hours of training. Working for Philadelphia.
