Upstate Downstate

At this time in my life, I'm living in upstate New York.  For the past few years, I had been downstate. It was amazing to me how much more snow would fall there than here. That is the case today. It seems several inches fell in the New York City area, while there is no snow in the Albany region. This has been the pattern. It might be colder on average up here but the snowfall is less. Oh well.
