Abstract
I signed & framed a drawing called THE FRONT DESK yesterday. I drew it last week when I was getting ready for my rock opera gig. The design is the logo to the rock opera. If I ever do merchandising it will be on hats and shirts. I described the drawing as abstract. A minimal thing really. Kind of like me.

Weekend Run
I'm so glad I was able to go out and run this morning. I wanted to run yesterday, but I was wiped out due to this cold I have. I just didn't know if I would get out there today. I did have some good energy out there. I'm feeling better right now. I would like to work on an art project this afternoon. I've had something in mind so it would be nice to bring it to creation. The art of running and the running of art. Keep creating.
Woe Of Man
I wrote these lyrics back in 1986:
Woe Of Man
You can't even try to give the kind of wealth I really need
In order to possess the things that I really want to have
Yet I know that you cannot
It isn't really what you want
So I am telling you right now I'm being honest with myself
And not with you
Yes with you
Don't you understand
Oh woe of man
Yeah I'll do whatever I can to be by the poolside
I can see my future now and it won't be time spent with you
Because I need to have the choice of choosing what I want
And this will mean that I won't work
My full time job will be at home between the kids
My day will be so occupied
So occupied and never alone
Oh Woe of Man
Yeah I'll do whatever I can to be by the poolside
This is not the future yet and I don't live in the past
And as you can tell right now my surroundings are very nice
This should not be hard to take
We've made some very big mistakes
And now you'll just understand
I am the woe of man
The woe of man
Oh woe of man
Yeah I'll do whatever I can to be by the poolside
Woe Of Man
You can't even try to give the kind of wealth I really need
In order to possess the things that I really want to have
Yet I know that you cannot
It isn't really what you want
So I am telling you right now I'm being honest with myself
And not with you
Yes with you
Don't you understand
Oh woe of man
Yeah I'll do whatever I can to be by the poolside
I can see my future now and it won't be time spent with you
Because I need to have the choice of choosing what I want
And this will mean that I won't work
My full time job will be at home between the kids
My day will be so occupied
So occupied and never alone
Oh Woe of Man
Yeah I'll do whatever I can to be by the poolside
This is not the future yet and I don't live in the past
And as you can tell right now my surroundings are very nice
This should not be hard to take
We've made some very big mistakes
And now you'll just understand
I am the woe of man
The woe of man
Oh woe of man
Yeah I'll do whatever I can to be by the poolside

On The Wagan
I feel like I"m on the move again since I went out there and ran yesterday. I still feel the effects of the head cold I've had for the past week. My nose is still stuffed up, my throat is dry and I still have a bit of a cough. Yet my energy is slowly getting back to me. I know if I go there and run today it will be at an easy pace. I do have a 5K race in a couple of weeks. I'll start working up to that.
