Grace & I went to Town Hall today and then had pizza for lunch.

Back At It

It's been a slow start to my 2016 exercise training. Not a surprise what with the weather. Today was my first run outside since the blizzard on Saturday. It felt good and I'm back at it.

New For Tuesday

I go to work this afternoon. There are things I need to do this morning like taking a walk over to Town Hall. The streets around here are still pretty messy from the blizzard. Good thing my car isn't around here.

Shoveling Snow

I've gone out a couple of times today shoveling the sidewalk of my building. It's in good shape given the snow drifts. I'll go to work tomorrow. Goodnight

Big Snow Saturday

The weather forecast calls for a big snow storm this Saturday. A blizzard so stay tuned....

10 Hours

Worked 10 hours yesterday and I plan to work 8 hours today. At least I got a training run in this morning. I really need to pick it up. 

Glenn Frey

Glenn Frey died yesterday. In 1992 I was working the bass guitar in the opening act for Glenn. I was a big fan of his. Grew up listening to The Eagles and then his solo work. He's a Classic Rock legend!

Go to work this afternoon and then go away for the next couple of days. End of work. 

On My Game

Can't say I was on my game yesterday. The effort was there but the results were not to my liking. Need to do better today.

Evening Gigs

I'll be working the next few nights. My plan this weekend is to head up the Hudson River. 

David Bowie

I saw David Bowie at Madison Square Garden back in 1983 and I still have the ticket stub. It was a great concert. He's a legend.

Short Sleeves

It's January in the Northeast and I wore a short sleeve shirt for an afternoon run. It's supposed to get cold tomorrow.

Saturday Morning Warning

I get another day off from work. My focus will be on the creative process. It must be done.

Back From NYC

Grace & I walked up to Central Park and then down to Chinatown. It's how we like to spend a free day. 

New York City

Grace & I are going to New York City today. The weather looks good and we'll do some shopping. Not sure what to do about lunch yet. This is my first day off from work in a week and a half so it's time to have some fun. 

Work Doesn't Stop

Finished my job this afternoon only to have the workers in my building turn off the water to fix the pipes. Now I can't shower or cook dinner. Work doesn't stop.

I'll work tonight and then tomorrow morning. A short turnaround.

Don't Feel Good

I don't feel good. My left eye is still bothering me and I'm wiped out from all the work I have going on. I just don't know.

I'm scheduled to work ten straight days. I finished day six today. I'm past the half now.

The New Year

There are plenty of things I want to do in 2016. Keep the good professional work going, strengthen my personal life, improving my creative endeavors and pursue my athletic desires. That's what it's all about.
