Leap Year Day

Today is the 29th of February. It comes around once every 4 years. I dated a woman back in college who said she was born on a leap year day. Just a fun little fact about me.

New Songs

I've been writing songs in 2016. This is the first time I've composed anything since I completed "The Front Desk" in 2011. I'm calling this group of songs "The Short Stories Of Pat Irish."

My plan is to actually treat today like a lazy day off. We'll see how that goes.

Days Off

I have a couple of days off from work. Need to take care of a few things today so there will be work things to do. 

Foot Rehab

Took it slow with my training runs. My left foot feels better. I plan on a longer run tomorrow.

That's how I feel. Not that I'm stressed, it's just that I've been on the go everyday. I'm beat and I need to just have a lazy day. That would be good since I'm lazy by nature.

Work In NYC

Spent most of yesterday waiting around and then signing things. It was work in New York City. 

Off To NYC

Grace & I are going to New York City today. We plan to spend time in Chinatown, Little Italy & Midtown Manhattan. See you later!

I'm A Heel

My left foot heel is very sore. I went out and ran yesterday. No training run for me today. I'll give it a rest. 

I'm Up Early

Slept just a few hours this morning. I would like to go out and run today. I'm told no rain in the forecast. I'm also finishing a new song call Millennial Boy.  Just need to finish the lyrics. 

At Work

It's been a busy day and I can't wait to go home.

New Sofa

This morning a new sofa is being delivered to my apartment. Now I wait.

Some Snow

Woke up this morning to some snow on the ground. About an inch I would say. It's going to stop by noon. I have the day off from work today. Grace & I will go out later. 

Need To Run

After breakfast I plan on going out and doing a training run. No rain in the forecast. 

Over The Hump

I work today and tomorrow. I'm over the hump. My plan is to get a training run in. That might take place in the rain.
