Running 2013
I went out and ran 7 miles today. I've done it 2 days in a row now. This will be a big year for my running experience. I might not run as many races as I did last year, but I plan on a strong training program. I did qualify for the New York City Marathon this year and I'll make a decision on what other races I might like to run. I also plan on cross training more than ever. Stretching, weights, cycling and running will be part of my plan. Keep in shape.
