Running Start
After no running for over 2 weeks, I finally put 1 foot in front of the other and did 7 miles. It was slow going but I knew it would be. I really want to do a Winter training program that will prepare me for the spring. I feel in good shape and this year more than ever it will be about speed & endurance. I'm thinking my first race will be in April. This will give me time to get ready.
