Stop Watch

For the first time in a long time, I used a stop watch during my training run. I feel like I've been running quite slow, so I wanted to see what my splits were like. I'm not quite sure what my distance is but I would estimate it's about 7 miles long with some pretty steep hills. I ran the whole thing in 1:16:13. Not too bad really. I felt like I had some speed. My first marathon of the year is 6 weeks from today. The training goes on.
