Healthy Kidney 10K

So today I ran the Healthy Kidney 10K race in Central Park, New York City. My finishing time was 46:51. It was very humid which made it feel hot. Ran it right about where I thought I would. Held out some hope of finishing under 45 minutes but knew that wasn't going to happen at Mile 4. Sure good to be running again in Central Park.
