Awake
After waking up in the middle of the night and then falling asleep again, I'm back up and starting the new day. The Summer Marathon I'm running is a week from today. The thought of that gives me the pre race jitters. I'm always anxious before a big race, Even if there's a week to go. They'll be jump rope, 3-Mile runs, weights & stretching in preparation for the race. Keeping it under 4 hours is my goal. Talk to you later.
