In 2 Weeks
2 weeks for today I run my 1st marathon of the year and if I get under 4 hours then I'll think about today's training run. I didn't get out there until the afternoon. Normally, I only like to run in the morning. But I was motivated to get out there and I feel better about it. Now all of my training goes to getting ready for this race. I would like to get one more long distance run in and then I'll be tapering down. Weights & stretching are in order too. Just getting ready for the big race.
