Pre Marathon Ritual

If there's one thing that happens to me the days before running a marathon is this ability to feel aches & pains. I have a way of stubbing my toes before the big race. In many ways, my pre race ritual is about just staying healthy. Now is not the time to do too much. My training now is about tapering down. The heavy lifting is Done sow it's time to take the test.
