Boston Week

It's been sad & depressing for me to see what has happened in the Boston area this week. Of all the cities in the world, none has the strange power that it has on me. I've never run the Boston Marathon, but I've spent the better part of a decade trying to qualify for it. Friends of mine live the greater Boston area and with the lockdown of the city yesterday, there was constant concern for their safety. Tough to keep up the energy sometimes. At least as a Yankees fan I can still hate the Red Sox.
