Sunny Sunday

Just woke up and had breakfast. The sun is out and the weather looks nice today. It was my plan to go out and run 7 miles but the bottom of my left foot is sore. I ran 11 miles yesterday on a dirt road that had a lot of small rock on it. My old sneakers are worn and I need a new pair. Today is my version of T.G.I.F. I'm off from work tomorrow. See the light of a sunny Sunday.
